As I’ve been diving in head-first into this world of healthier eating, I have been finding some amazingly delicious recipes. Love pizza like I do? This will satisfy your cravings!!
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 egg whites
3/4 cup low fat mozzarella, shredded
few dashes of oregano, basil, salt and pepper
Rice the cauliflower in a food processor, place it in a microwave safe dish and microwave for 6 minutes. Put a few paper towels over it and sqeeze as much moisture out as you can. Mix the cauliflower, egg, mozzarella, oregano, salt and pepper, press the mixture onto a pizza pan. Roll out with hands as thin as possible.
Bake in a preheated 450F oven until lightly golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
Take out and put your sauce and all your favorite toppings. Bake an additional 15 min.
