This crock-pot meal was amazing, and easy. My husband loved it because it included beef, mashed potatoes, and gravy. My kids loved it because it was just plain good. And I loved it because the beef tips fit perfect into my low-carb diet! Altogether, a must-make for a busy mom!
Seriously, comfort food like this just can’t come easier!
Simply, place your beef in your slow cooker and add the five other ingredients.
Then, stir. Stir, baby, stir.
Set to low for the day, take care of your biz-ness and in about 6 hours–indulge!
- 2 lb. Stew Meat
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 packet Lipton dry onion soup mix
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 cup water
- Mix all ingredients and pour over the meat.
- Set to low for the day.
