This is one of the EASIEST cookie recipes I have ever come across. It is also very hard, actually, near impossible to mess up. You can whip these up in no time, they are kid approved and a crowd pleaser.
- 1 cup of creamy peanut butter (You can use crunchy if you would like.)
- ¼ cup of brown sugar
- ¼ cup of white sugar
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips (Optional, but I always add them.)
That’s all you need!
Before you prepare your cookies, preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a tray with parchment paper.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well, then fold in the chocolate chips.
Roll the dough into little cookie balls and place on the sheet. This batch made 15 cookies. Depending on how big or small you roll the balls, depends on
how many you will get.
Bake for 10-12 minutes depending on your oven. I baked mine for 11 minutes. They will be gooey, but will turn a slight golden brown color. They will be able to be lifted off the tray easily.
Let them cool and enjoy!
